We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO and the Board of Directors.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO.
- Assist in special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
- Oversee office management tasks as needed.
