BODYARMOR is looking for a Vice President of IT to join our team.
The VP of Information Technology is responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and designing activities and projects in IT, providing both strategic and hands-on direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. This individual will collaborate with the executive management team and key decision-makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. The position leads and manages the IT organization, inclusive of enterprise applications, business systems supporting various verticals in Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial, Human Resources, SaaS-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), IT Infrastructure, Service Delivery, Data Management and Protection, Cyber Security, and Reporting platforms. In addition, the Vice President of IT will develop and manage application portfolios and attain IT service levels for the user community within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategic and Tactical Leadership
- Direct and manage IT plans, schedules, policies, programs, and maintenance for BODYARMOR data processing, network communications, ERP system, computer services, cyber security, sales and reporting platform, and enterprise application systems.
- Identify and analyze emerging information technologies which support BODYARMOR long-term strategic goals. Integrate these important new technologies skillfully while providing strong direction and leadership to develop teams.
- Establish Information Systems policies, standards, practices, and safeguard information.
- Develop and oversee IT expense and capital budgets that support both long-term and short-term objectives. Oversee project initiation and prioritization. Research and recommend new systems / software products and services to support achieving corporate financial targets.
- Manage and evaluate vendor relationships. Negotiate all IT contracts, including software and hardware vendors as well as contract personnel. Scope of agreements range from $15k to $1mm per contract. Develop and manage all IT vendors, contract personnel, and outsourcing arrangements.
- Develop, document, and maintain cyber security policies and procedures, evaluate security risks, execute annual cyber security testing, and serve as the security expert.
- Oversee development, implementation, and testing of BODYARMOR disaster recovery plans as it pertains to BODYARMOR Data and other backend technology functions.
- Oversee development and implementation of infrastructure architecture, IT governance, performance, availability, incident, capacity, configuration, SDLC, and change-management processes and tools to support required uptime and available SLAs.

Pay Range : $206,000 - $237,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
