Job Summary
The Finance Controller will oversee key aspects of the organization's financial and accounting operations, including reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role requires strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of accounting principles to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. Comfort working with global teams is critical, as this position collaborates across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including reconciliations.
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
