Job Summary:
The Maintenance Manager oversees the organization, reporting, and record-keeping systems of the Maintenance Department. They manage all activities and personnel in the maintenance and machine shop departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Maintenance Team activity: Manage effective preventive and predictive maintenance activities using eMaintenance CMMS Program
- Assign, assist with, and direct corrective machine and equipment repairs
- Coordinate PM, Corrective, and Project work activity with Production Departments
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline preferred
Minimum 5-year experience leading a manufacturing maintenance team
Minimum 5 years' experience participating in major capital equipment projects
