Our client, a Global Investment Fund, is looking to add a Transaction Management Associate to the team. This person will provide documentation / deal support for the investment / deal team.
They are running a hybrid model (4 days in office) schedule. The office is located in Midtown.
Responsibilities :
- Drive transaction execution, deal compliance, resolutions, and executive approvals.
- Support Investment / Deal Team; working with Finance, Tax, and Legal to close deals.
- Analyze transaction equity documents and direct finance funding
- Lead and handle inquires from internal and external team
- Manage transactions and deal pipeline
- Enhance and automate key operational processes
- Manage the flow of information via the centralized inbox for fund and client investment communication
- Be a go-to resource for all process queries
- Ensure timely exchange of KYC documentation and funding for new investments
- Be the main middle office point of contact for external counterparties
- Collect, record, update and reconcile quantitative and qualitative investment data
- Work with deal teams on timing of new investment approvals and closing requirements to operationalize
- Ensure accurate and timely funding information to external partners to facilitate deal closing
