Location: Enfield, CT

Position: Preferred Full-Time, Part-Time Possible

About the Role

This is a dynamic position combining social media coordination, business operations, and executive assistant functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. While we prefer full-time, we are open to part-time arrangements for the right person. If based in Boston, a hybrid in-office and remote arrangement can be discussed.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Communications:

  • Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Track trends, engage with audiences, and collaborate with influencers to expand reach.
  • Develop creative strategies to enhance brand presence, promote business initiatives, and raise awareness for our charity work.
  • Support marketing campaigns for business growth and social impact initiatives in Vietnam and the U.S.

Cross-Cultural & Business Operations:

  • Act as a liaison between the U.S. and Vietnam teams, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
  • Assist in planning and managing business and charity-related trips.
  • Provide translation support and help navigate cultural nuances in communications.

Executive Assistant Functions:

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for leadership.
  • Oversee personal and business tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Conduct research and organize information for decision-making.
  • Assist with special projects related to company expansion and philanthropy.

Who We're Looking For

  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • A student or a new professional with a strong work ethic and eagerness to grow.
  • Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Someone with a creative and strategic mindset, particularly for content creation and digital marketing.
  • Comfortable handling executive-level tasks and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Experience with social media management, content creation, and business tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office).

We are looking for someone with strong emotional intelligence, a nurturing and intuitive approach, and excellent organizational skills. This role requires the ability to anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and maintain professionalism while handling sensitive or personal matters.
