About the role:

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a

Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining our Salesforce platform, with

a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Additionally, experience with Apex, REST API, GIT

and WooCommerce integration is crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the organization's specific needs.
• Ensure the smooth operation of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
• Implement and maintain automation processes to streamline business operations.
• Oversee data integrity and cleanliness within Salesforce.
• Perform regular data audits and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and relevant data.
• Utilize Zapier to integrate Salesforce with various third-party applications.
• Manage and troubleshoot integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
• Work closely with other teams to understand integration requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, addressing issues and resolving queries.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user proficiency.
• Stay updated on Salesforce features and communicate updates to the team.
• Integrate Salesforce with WooCommerce to streamline e-commerce processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Salesforce-WooCommerce integration.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize workflows.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
• Hands-on experience with Zapier for automation and workflow integration.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce and expertise in integrating it with Salesforce.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Apex, Lightning Web Components(LWC) and Jira
• Skilled in Front-end development with a background in using Java, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
