Job Overview
CODIPRAL, LLC is a licensed wine importer/distributor and is seeking an experienced sales professional to promote and sell its wines to licensed retailers in eastern Washington and north Idaho. Knowledge of various wines and wine-producing regions is helpful but not required. Most of all, a passion for sales, relationship-building and self-confidence are pre-requisites for this position. Prior sales experience, a high school diploma and legal authorization to work in the US are minimum requirements.
Compensation is a generous 15% commission on invoices you generate, however commission can increase to 25% if monthly sales growth targets are met. If successful building and growing the business rapidly, this position could lead to a significant partial ownership of this business. International travel to our winery partners is also anticipated if you are successful helping the business to expand quickly.

Duties
- Travel to local restaurants and retailers to promote our wine, place orders, conduct wine tastings and support clients.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct warm calls to prospective clients, introducing our wines and identifying their unique needs.
- Track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze sales performance data.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in offsite sales, account management and/or business development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the company and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
