We are a Coeur d'Alene construction company hiring an Accounting/Administrative Assistant with attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with others.
Duties to include:
- Entering into QuickBooks and reconciling credit cards, processing of incoming invoices, processing and entering time cards daily, reconciling vendor accounts to statements, entering certified prevailing wage reports into multiple sites
- Assist with answering phones, transferring calls and conveying messages in a professional manner, efficient use of Word and Excel, ability to maneuver online websites, capable of working in a fast placed environment and administrative back up as needed.
