Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements related to P&C and Mortgage Insurance.
- Develop detailed business and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Perform data mapping and analysis using SQL.
- Develop and execute UAT test cases.
- Review test cases and test plans created for QA.
- Work closely with development teams (both onshore and offshore) to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of P&C Business Analysis.
- In-depth understanding of Mortgage Insurance.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and mapping.
- Experience in developing and executing UAT test cases.
- Ability to review and provide feedback on QA test cases and test plans.
