- 10 years of Project management experience, which includes managing a full end-to-end software deployment in the Banking / Financial Services / Investment Management sector.
- Project Manager with E2E deployment in Banking / investment, with products like Calypso, Simcorp, Broadridge, FIS, or FusioInvest.
- Leadership and Vision : Ability to set a clear vision and strategy for the project. Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide the team towards achieving project goals.
- Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Project Management Skills : Proficiency in project management tools and techniques. Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
