Our client is a well established CNC precision machining and fabrication business located in Fort Wayne. The business is being primed for explosive growth and to support this growth we are seeking a passionate and driven professional to join our growing team as a Lead Generator/Inside Sales Representative (ISR) on a Full Time/Part Time basis.
You will be a highly motivated individual who is self confident, well organized, computer literate and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism. You will be confident in connecting with prospective customers to generate interest in, and determine a need for, Proform’s machining, engineering and fabrication services. You will possess excellent communications skills, be proficient using a CRM software system, and ideally have a background in, or exposure to, the machining industry.
\n- Prioritize daily tasks to achieve agreed performance outcomes.
- Research leads to identify areas of opportunity.
- Discuss and agree strategies with management to approach leads and generate interest.
- Organize and schedule appointments, manage calendars
- Maintain and update the CRM system with results from tasks as well as setting new tasks for follow up.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school degree or better.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within a marketing/lead generation or customer service role.
- Proficient in CRM systems such as Hubspot.
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools.
- Precision machining, fabrication, or engineering industry experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Positive, can do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license required.
