Responsibilities
- Monitor Network performance, identifying and resolving incidents, analyzing network traffic, and preparing incident reports.
- Provide continuous oversight of network activities and services, responding promptly to alerts to uphold performance and reliability.
- Contribute to the development of incident response procedures and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Network Engineer with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with network operations and must be familiar with Cisco infrastructure and networking products such as ACI, Hyperflex, Firewalls, Routing and Switching, datacenter, etc.
- Knowledge and skills commensurate with BS degree or equivalent experience.
