**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Consultant to support the Military OneSource Program. As a Field Consultant, you will travel throughout your assigned region, building relationships with community service providers, military services, and regional representatives. Your primary objective will be to increase awareness of military community services and provide support to Service members and families.
**Responsibilities:**
- Travel to events and locations within your assigned region to promote military community services.
- Provide information and referrals to Service members and families, focusing on non-medical individual and family counseling, relocation assistance, and other support services.
- Maintain an online repository of state-specific information on government-approved family programs and resources.
- Collaborate with Military OneSource, DoD, State Joint Force HQ, and civilian community resources to identify gaps in available services and develop strategies to fill them.
**Requirements:**
- U.S. citizen and fluent English speaker.
- Strong customer service skills and knowledge of call center operations.
- Prior military experience (10 years) or relevant civilian knowledge and experience working in Military Service programs.
- Additional 5 years of work experience in marketing, sales, recruiting, education, or other similar networking-intensive work.
