Position Overview: As a Marketing Specialist at Cohen Commercial, you will play a key role in crafting and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to revenue growth. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to support our business objectives through creative campaigns and data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Help define and refine marketing strategies to reach target audiences effectively.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Create and implemens marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email)
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends and competitive landscape.
- Content Creation and Management: Help develop and manage engaging content for various marketing channels.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
- Budget Management: Hels manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members, sales teams, and other departments to achieve marketing goals.
- Staying Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing.
- Social Media Management: Responsible for managing social media presence, including content creation, engagement, and advertising.
- Email Marketing: Responsible for creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
- Website Optimization: Work on optimizing websites for search engines and user experience.
- Event Planning: Help with planning and executing marketing events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher from an accredited institution.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing, with a preference for those with exposure to commercial real estate or a related industry.
- Proven track record of creating measurable marketing campaigns that have contributed to revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically while also managing day-to-day execution.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful individual with a passion for thinking outside the box and seeing results.
- Ability and drive to follow through and follow up on every task
