Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinate promotional events, including support to local campaign, adapting the marketing content to the regional needs.
- Define, prepare and maintain inventories, logistics processes, documentations and database for samples and products used for tradeshows and events.
- Ability to collect and analyze data to help improve the organization's process across different countries and different BUs is required.
- Some college
- Experience in Logistics, Procurement or related field
- Knowledge of reporting and analytical tools
- Excellent teamwork
- Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.
- This position is onsite
- Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary
- Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings.
- Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
- Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Mobility within the office environment to attend meetings or interact with colleagues.
