Your Role
- Perform requirements gathering, business process design, system configuration, and testing of accounting software solutions.
- Conduct business discussions to understand customer needs.
- Present product or sales demonstrations.
- Assemble Statements of Work and engage with clients.
- Direct project teams and conduct resource requirements analysis.
- Coordinate issue escalation and risk mitigation.
- Advise on scope management and technical architecture.
- Knowledge transfer and mentor client project leads.
Your Experience
- Accounting software implementation and consulting experience in a multi-client environment is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with accounting ERP solutions.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
