Talent Acquisition
- Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and screening both internal and external candidates for referral to open positions, including off site locations.
- Develop recruitment programs or networks in order to attract, grow/ train, and retain an applicant pool for high turnover positions.
- Designs, selects, implements and administers screening tools that will assist in identifying quality applicants.
- Utilize pro-active and non-traditional recruitment techniques (direct sourcing, networking, career/school fairs, interns, co-ops, etc.) in the recruitment process.
- Review, edit, and maintain job descriptions for all positions.
- Prepare statistical reports and analysis on use of recruitment methods (advertising/agencies/etc) and company established recruitment metrics.
- Build relationships with local schools (universities, technical schools, high schools, etc.) to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Development
- Lead in the planning, monitoring, and execution of Performance Management programs.
- Translate the identified needs into training opportunities and develop solutions to address performance gaps.
- Responsible for the implementation and management of the Talent Management programs and processes including succession planning, competency models including critical skills gap analysis, employee on-boarding and career development.
- Work collaboratively with managers to identify high-potential talent and specialized individual training needs.
- Oversee and participate in the design, development and delivery of training programs in a variety of subject areas, leadership development and management training.
- Coordination of training that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members, particularly senior managers and emerging leaders.
- Source and ensure high quality training curriculum and facilitate instructor led trainings.
- Manages performance and talent analytics reporting.
- Develop metrics to measure the success of talent development programs and make improvements as needed.
- Ensure all talent acquisition and development processes comply with legal and company requirements.
- Actively participate in plant safety programs.
- Keep office area clean and clutter free.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
