Job Summary

We're looking for someone with at least 10 years' of experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, CPA, or Controller. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and general accounting. This is a career position, it is full time and comes with 401k match, medical, dental, vision, and vacation, as well as the ability to advance in both salary, bonuses, and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• AR/AP and Payroll
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review

Qualifications

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconciling cash, bank accounts, and revenues
• Maintaining an accurate general ledger
• Monitoring the business's cash flow
• Issuing invoices to and collecting payments from clients
• Payroll (processing employees' timesheets and commissions)
• Supervising shared assistants
• OPTIONALLY, advanced accounting in conjunction with external CPA
