Job Description: Ice Cream Maker
Duties:
- Prepare and create a variety of ice cream flavors and toppings
- Operate ice cream making equipment and machinery
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste
- Monitor inventory levels of ice cream ingredients and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the ice cream production area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to develop new ice cream flavors and menu items
- Provide excellent customer service by serving ice cream to customers
Skills:
- Experience in a catering or restaurant environment preferred
- Knowledge of ice cream making techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and measure ingredients precisely
- Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent quality of ice cream products
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
