Duties
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Handle medical office management tasks efficiently
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and handling correspondence
- Assist with budgeting and financial tasks
- Coordinate training development activities for staff
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Communicate effectively with team members and external parties
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office coordination or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently
- Experience in vendor management is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.80 - $18.79 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
