Vacation Rental Onboarding Specialist

Coldwell Banker Island Vacations is looking for a new team member to assist with onboarding new rental properties. Help us grow our company by welcoming new properties and owners onboard! An ideal candidate would be:

• Must be on-time and have reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
• Face to face contact with both homeowners & guests.
• Attention to detail is imperative

Daily On-Boarding tasks include:

• On-Boarding of homes added to the Kauai CBIV rental inventory.
• Setting up homes in CBIV inventory management system.
• Taking physical inventory of interior furnishings and OS&E.
• Setting up and overseeing photography of CBIV rental homes.
• Scheduling photos and staging home to maximize layout potential
• Working closely with CBIV Sales Managers
• Other administrative tasks as needed
• Willingness and ability to drive across Kauai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
