No experience is required although you will need to obtain your real estate license and we can help you with that too! There are evening virtual live-instruction classes beginning Monday March 4, 2024 from 5-8pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain a real estate license before officially affiliating with Coldwell Banker. To earn a real estate license you will need to complete real estate classes (online or in-person) offered by an accredited learning institution and pass a state licensing exam. There are daytime and evening classes available throughout the year and Coldwell Banker is offering discounts for you to take your classes for only $100.
