Coldwell Banker Realty in Cincinnati provides FREE training and has immediate openings for agents in our 6 branch 4 community locations. No experience is required although you will need to obtain your Ohio real estate license, as well as join a local board and MLS - we can help you with that too! There are evening, weekend, virtual and live-instruction class options. Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and local real estate laws.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials that highlight key features.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
• Organize open houses and property showings to attract potential buyers.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers and appraisers, title companies, to facilitate transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions for administrative purposes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
