Responsibilities
- Track Business: Maintain organized and accurate records of transactions and monitor performance metrics to support business growth.
- Organize Database: Manage and update client and vendor databases to ensure seamless communication and contact recall.
- Client Retention & Referral Execution: Work alongside brokers to create retention based marketing campaigns, execute them, and report on KPIs.
- Manage Outbound Marketing and Social Media: Create and implement marketing strategies, including social media campaigns to enhance the broker's online presence.
- Assist with Pending Sales: Help manage sales in contract and ensure all documentation and communications with both clients and buildings are timely and accurate.
- Launch Listings: Support listing preparation, including arranging photography, writing copy, staging photos, and distributing listings.
- Coordinate with Vendors and Partners: Act as a liaison between the broker and various vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Schedule Showings: Organize and coordinate property showings, ensuring a strategic approach to maximize client engagement.
- Organize Open Houses: Plan and execute open house events, including promotion and logistics for a successful showing.
- Manage Business Expenses: Track and manage business expenses, ensuring budget adherence and timely reporting.
- Communication & Administrative Support Manage communications on behalf of the brokers, ensuring timely and professional responses to clients. And keep brokers organized and focused on priority tasks.
Qualifications
- Meticulous organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong internal drive and a desire to establish a career and grow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft & Google Suites
- Prior experience in either real estate, or as an executive admin preferred. Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and social media platforms.
