What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director of Nursing position at Colfax Nursing and Rehab?
Assistant Director of Nurses need for fulltime position to assist the Director of Nursing in managing the nursing department of our 140 bed nursing facility. ADON must have an unencumbered RN license. Previous experience preferred but not required. ADON will assist with staffing, supervision of staff, and other clinical duties such as high risk meetings, rounds with the medical and ID team, wound care, IV therapy, etc. Excellent benefits and private ownership.
