Job Description
The Sr. Manager, NA Supply Chain Systems is responsible for creating and executing the right systems strategy to enable all areas within the North America regional supply chain organization. This role includes identifying, developing, deploying, and maintaining end-to-end supply chain systems solutions to address business needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage system initiatives, including developing systems roadmaps for the end-to-end supply chain, managing system implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Communicate project updates to key stakeholders and escalate as necessary.
- Facilitate requirements definition and business case development.
- Lead design review and ensure solutions are designed with user experience in mind.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations or IT or IT business partnering.
- Knowledge of supply chain core processes, especially around manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, and/or transportation.
- Proficient knowledge of SAP S/4 or ECC and satellite systems including APO, IBP, eWM, TM9, BI or equivalent platforms.
