Job Description
The Sr. Manager, LATAM Supply Chain Systems is a key role within the Colgate-Palmolive Company, responsible for driving digital capabilities to achieve business results in the Latin America regional supply chain organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute systems roadmaps for end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Manage system implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Communicate project updates to key stakeholders and escalate as necessary.
- Facilitate requirements definition and business case development.
- Ensure solutions are designed with user experience in mind.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology or related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations or IT or IT business partnering.
- Proficient knowledge of SAP S/4 or ECC and satellite systems including APO, IBP, eWM, TM9, BI or equivalent platforms.
