Required Skills:
- 7 years of experience working in the networking industry
- 5 years working as a voice engineer
- Deep experience in carriers
- Testing experience
- Experience in Communications Manager or Call Manager
- Route Switch
- Demonstrate extensive technical experience working with large VoIP network Voice collaboration platforms and solutions including Call Manager/CUCM, Unity Connection Voice Mail etc.
- Broad working knowledge of call routing
- SIP and Traditional ISDN/PRI Trunking and broad experience with carrier network
- Financial Industry experience is preferred
- Contact Center experience is nice to have
