Title : Accounts Receivable Wire Transfer Specialist
Location : Atlanta, GA
Duration : 08 months of contract Onsite
Pay : $25 / Hr. to $27 / Hr.
Job Description :
To apply lockbox payments
To apply manual checks in the system and deposit the checks using Remote Deposit Systems
To post entries into system of records
Vendor account maintenance : to prepare vendor payment reporting etc.
Ensure the integrity of document imaging (such as journal entries backup etc.)
Assist in researching open items and outstanding checks in Suspense account
Ability to communicate across and up the organization and must be able to work independently and is not afraid to make a decision and act on it
