The Labeling Specialist is responsible for managing labeling design changes from artwork release to implementation for APOC product lines. This role ensures compliance with local and international regulatory standards while coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain labeling requirements, specifications, documentation, and inventory plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project timelines and initiate labeling design changes based on priorities.
- Prepare redlines for artwork updates in collaboration with Regulatory, R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams, supply chain, print vendors, and translation vendors to meet project deadlines.
- Review and proofread artwork drafts for accuracy, consistency, and brand integrity.
- Route artwork for approvals and obtain necessary signatures per established procedures.
- Oversee label dispositioning and inventory planning in coordination with operations and supply chain teams.
- Manage multiple projects, adjust priorities as needed, and ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of packaging and labeling experience in a regulated industry.
- Strong proofreading skills and proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate across functions.
