Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6 Months (With Possibility of Extension)
Pay Range: $21.54 - $22.54/Hr
Job Description:
- As a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst, you will:
- Work on Robotics portfolio change management using AGILE PLM
- Work on KTLO tasks like order management, customer escalations
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste
- Problem solve and design solutions for Robotics customers.
- Maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference
- Monitor inventory levels, identify stock-outs or excess inventory, and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics and engineering teams to streamline the parts supply chain
- Knowledge of inventory optimization techniques and supply chain best practices
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or /Supply Chain/Operations discipline
- Strong Math, Logical, Problem-Solving skills
- Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Excel
- Analyst work background, or focus in higher education
- Conceptual understanding of systems, and configuration management
Top 3 must-have hard skills:
- Supply Chain Experience is key!
- Customer Facing Roles/Ticketing experience
- Stakeholder management experience
