We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer with Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) experience to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.This role focuses on designing and developing robust software solutions using Python while leveraging ML and AI techniques to enhance cyber defense and intelligence. If you're passionate about innovation and ready to tackle tough challenges, we want you on our team.You like to do this : Analyze, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain innovative solutions using Java and Python.Design and develop ML and AI algorithms and integrate them into systems to solve mission-critical problems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Conduct research and experiments to identify and evaluate the most suitable ML / AI techniques for specific use cases.Optimize performance and efficiency of ML / AI models through continuous testing and refinement.Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML / AI technologies and best practices.Document experiment results, prototype solutions, and ensure all technical documentation meets requirements.Work in an Agile development environment and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.You are required to have this : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or 24 years of software engineering experience.Twenty (20) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.Strong software development skills with Java, Python, and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.Experience with ML libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.Experience in the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), including Requirements Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance with the Agile Methodology.Salary Range : $150,000 - $220,000The BlueHalo pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
