ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Talent Acquisition
- Review and conduct phone screens with candidates
- Schedule and attend interviews as the HR contact
- Serve as the point of contact for the hiring manager
- Create and update job descriptions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for career fairs
- Coordination, representation, etc.
- Support onboarding of new hires
- Assist with compensation and pay structures
- Office administration
- Greet guests, stock supplies, manage vendor relationships, etc.
- Provide support to team members
- Assist with data entry
- Support HR compliance
- Provide back up to the HR Manager
- Process payroll
- Benefits administration
- HRIS administration and audits (BambooHR)
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in recruiting
- Experience with payroll
- Experience with benefit administration
- Administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires regular office hours (8 am – 5pm, M-F) to be maintained along with availability for emergency situations outside of regular office hours.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
