We are looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator who’s passionate about creating exceptional end-to-end event experiences—someone who sweats the details and ensures every moment, from planning to post-event follow-up, feels intentional and seamless. This position plays an important role in supporting both Collective Health employees and our broader organizational operations, and will be relied upon to shape and influence our ways of working and ties as a community. This role will partner with a variety of internal teams to optimize and improve the employee experience across all hybrid and remote work arrangements, helping to create a more meaningful and satisfying work experience.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is excited to assist with our day-to-day operations while helping to creatively improve our programs and processes as we scale.
What You'll Do
This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: San Francisco, CA, Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office two days per week.
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the hourly rate, you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off. What You'll Do
- Plan, organize, and execute on-site events, celebrations, and initiatives to foster employee engagement and community
- Supporting employee experience initiatives, including but not limited to, engagement survey administration, peer recognition program facilitation, the facilitation of employee resource groups, and swag procurement.
- Administering various employee experience software systems.
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and distributing internal communications to keep employees looped in company news, initiatives, and updates.
- Providing general support for our hubs, workplace-related services, and general People team initiatives.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced, ever-evolving environments—especially across multiple locations and teams
- A natural eye for detail and a knack for staying organized, even when juggling multiple projects
- Pride in creating thoughtful, cohesive experiences- from the first invite to the final thank-you
- Clear, confident communication—whether in writing, speaking, or working with others
- A true interest in building a career in Employee Experience and shaping how people feel at work
- Familiarity with everyday tools like email, Google Docs, and cloud-based software—with bonus points for Excel or Google Sheets know-how (and curiosity to learn more!)
- A strong sense of when to follow a process—and when to ask thoughtful questions to clarify and improve it
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to build great working relationships across teams, roles, and locations
