What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Product Manager, TPA Products (Claims) position at Collective Health?
What you'll do :
- Own and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for our TPA cost containment initiatives (Utilization Management, Payment Integrity, Others) in close collaboration with TPA business and other product leads.
- Grow our carved out UM offering at CH.
- Build best-in-class, compliant, and value added TPA products to help employers by administering their plans with accuracy, transparency, and plan sponsor savings.
- Empathetically collaborate with business, product, and subject matter experts to gather and execute product requirements TPA cost containment products and compliance efforts.
- Center the voice of the customer in your work by pulling from and continually seeking out feedback through interviews, user testing, and other research means.
- Be the evangelist for your product area across all areas of the organization to find breakthrough opportunities for shared learning, partnership, and celebration.
- Partner with design, engineering, data science, and analytics teams to ensure that features are delivered with high quality, scalability, and efficiency.
- Communicate progress and maintain accountability to stakeholders, functional owners, and internal team members.

This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices : San Francisco, CA, Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office three days per week (Plano, TX) or two days per week (San Francisco, CA and Lehi, UT). #LI-hybrid
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the salary, you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
