We're looking for the best and brightest Customer Service Representatives. Customer Service Representatives are expected to be knowledgeable in our services and are responsible for answering customer calls and creating detailed explanations of our products and services. We pride ourselves on the fact that our representatives are prompt, courteous, hard-working and accountable, so we require all applicants to be able to work independently with a great attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
- Answer incoming calls in a personable manner.
- Follow up with customers after the first interaction.
- Walk through automated telephone system to address customer's needs.
- Answer questions regarding the company's services in a knowledgeable manner.
