We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Call Center Representative to join our auto glass team!
In this role, your main focus will be scheduling and confirming customer appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from first contact to service completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys helping people. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, reaching out to customers to confirm appointments, and entering accurate information into our system. Sales experience is a plus, as well as the ability to assess customer needs and recommend services. Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner, delivering top-tier customer service at every interaction.
- Assist customers by answering questions and providing clear, accurate information about our auto glass repair and replacement services.
- Make follow-up calls to confirm appointments, generate new leads, and promote special offers or services.
- Assess each customer’s needs to recommend appropriate glass services and scheduling solutions that ensure satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, service requests, and scheduling details in our system.
- Work closely with the team to meet scheduling goals, support sales efforts, and continuously improve the customer experience.
- Use office tools and software effectively to manage calls, appointments, and customer records efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in computer systems for data entry and managing customer information.
- Sales experience is a plus, especially in outbound calling scenarios.
