Accountant – Colliers is seeking a FT Accountant. This position will be responsible for working directly with the accounting team and portfolio managers in maintaining all financial information for a portfolio of commercial properties. Duties to include A/R and A/P, preparation of monthly financial reports, bank and CAM reconciliation, budget preparation, and monthly management fee calculation. Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to work in team environment and proficiency in MS products is required. College degree with 1-2 yrs experience preferred.
