What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Manager position at Colonial Assisted Living?
We are an Assisted Living Community that is seeking a Dietary Manager to join our team! MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CHECK!!!!!
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to providing superior services to our residents. We are a family-like environment with our staff, residents and community. We ideally want someone from a hospitality background from companies such as Marriot, Hilton, Four Seasons, Sandals, Hard Rock or the like!
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
- Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assist in the development of menu items
- Standardize recipes and plate presentations
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for residents
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be Food Serve certified
- Managerial experience required
- Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
- Knowledge of cost and labor systems
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
