We are currently recruiting for multiple Clinician IV positions within our Outpatient department. This position will provide direct therapeutic interventions to individuals, families and groups with co-occurring substance use disorders and mental health or developmental disability issues. This position will provide direct therapeutic interventions to individuals, families and groups with co-occurring substance use disorders and mental health or developmental disability issues. Job Responsibilities
- Complete assessments, evaluations, diagnosis, and service planning of the population served
- Provide individual, family, couples and group counseling and psychotherapy with adults and the elderly either face to face or through telehealth
- Submit documentation to include report writing and timely, procedurally correct recording in health information records – in both electronic and manual formats.
- Serves as a consultant to other staff and community agencies regarding assessment and diagnosis, coordination of services, and referrals
- Other duties as assigned.
Monday- Friday: Standard Business Hours.

Skills and Qualifications
- Must have the ability to treat co-occurring disorders including knowledge of group counseling techniques, family systems, and motivational interviewing
- Must be able to prepare a comprehensive recovery-oriented treatment plan according to agency guidelines.
- Ability to maintain an objective, professional and calm relationship with individuals and groups in a stressful situation
- One year of work experience with individuals with serious mental health and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Master’s Degree in a human services field required.
- Must hold a valid license from the Board of Counseling or Social Work ( LPC, LCSW, LCP,) required
DMV record must be submitted with application.
