Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Trimming Foreman/Lead to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for leading a crew in the trimming and maintenance of trees and shrubs for both residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for trimming trees and shrubs, a keen eye for detail, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a trimming crew to complete scheduled services efficiently and to company standards.
- Perform high-quality trimming of trees and shrubs to maintain plant health and property appearance.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations for additional services, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately complete billing and service reports.
- Identify plant health issues and suggest solutions to clients.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure safety and reduce damage.
- Conduct interactions with clients and staff professionally.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of tree and shrub trimming experience required.
- 2 years of leadership or foreman experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to identify common plant species and diseases.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- ISA Certification or other industry certifications are a plus.
Compensation:
- $25-$35 per hour, DOE
- Full-time position
