Colonial Property Management is seeking an Administrative Assistant who can keep up with a fast-paced Portfolio Community (HOA) Manager. The role is built for a client focused, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic working environment. This person should also be able to multitask effectively, prioritize time management, and excel with both written and verbal communication skills. This is a position with advancement opportunities and will be a good fit for a candidate seeking a long-term career.

Must be proficient in MS Office programs, VMS experience (a plus but not required), and have a positive, professional attitude and appearance.

Job Description:

  • Customer service experience: including assisting customer walk-ins, taking telephone calls, e-mail and fax communications with homeowners and vendors, and de-escalation of client interaction when necessary. Knowledgeable, caring, individualized customer service.
  • Prepare compliance logs for inspections and send letters once completed.
  • Prepare and send mailings, such as agendas, newsletters and board packets.
  • Scan, email, and upload documents as required.
  • Work in tandem with Community Manager to do list and task assignment based on portfolio needs.

Fringe Benefits:

HOA experience preferred but not required.

Salary between $39,520 - $43,000 (DOE)
