Colonial Property Management in Mesquite, NV is seeking an Administrative Assistant who can keep up with a fast-paced Portfolio Community (HOA) Manager. Job Description:
- Customer service experience: including assisting customer walk-ins, taking telephone calls, e-mail and fax communications with homeowners and vendors, and de-escalation of client interaction when necessary. Knowledgeable, caring, individualized customer service.
- Prepare compliance logs for inspections and send letters once completed.
- Prepare and send mailings, such as agendas, newsletters and board packets.
- Scan, email, and upload documents as required.
- Work in tandem with Community Manager to do list and task assignment based on portfolio needs.
