Process and track applications, renewals, and policy updates while ensuring accurate data entry. Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and client communications. Support the team with invoicing, follow-ups, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently. A BA Degree in Business or related field is required.
