Full job description:
As a Caregiver at Colonial Vista Senior Living, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents, assisting them with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and a positive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance, including transfers, repositioning, and walking support.
- Support residents with meals, including serving, feeding (if needed), and ensuring hydration.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health, behavior, or needs to HSD.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to resident care, such as tidying rooms and changing linens.
- Engage residents in conversation, activities, and companionship to promote social interaction.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents' comfort and well-being.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required—on-the-job training available.
- Ability to lift, move, or assist residents safely.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Must pass background check and meet state caregiving requirements

Pay:16.68 to 20,00 per hour depending on experience and education.
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
