A day in the life:
- Participate in PSM site visits for various projects including: mechanical integrity, compliance audits, and maintenance agreements
- Distribute safety data sheet (SDS) books and safety manuals as requested and incorporate updates
- Handle all contractor's qualifications and safety information packets
- Maintain and distribute PSM reports on a monthly basis
- Coordinate travel arrangements for PSM Coordinators, update travel calendars as needed
You should have:
- Background in cold storage warehousing, food processing, or other safety and environmental experience (preferred, not required)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PDF editing programs
- Must possess a strong understanding of the English language (grammar, usage and spelling) - multilingual is a plus
- Must have an ability to learn and understand compliance codes
