Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper at Colorado Concrete Accessories in Grand Junction, CO. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for day-to-day financial functions, such as documenting and processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales tax liability and filing, processing and tracking payroll, employee personnel filing, utilizing financial software, reconciling company accounts, assisting with customer and vendor transactions, analyzing and preparing month-end financial data, and interact with corporate CFO.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and clerical skills
- Attentively detailed and analytically skilled
- Knowledge of generally accepted small business bookkeeping and accounting standards
- Experience with Quick Books Enterprise financial software
- Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or wholesale a plus
- Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience or an associate degree
- Ability to maintain extremely high standard of integrity and confidentiality
- Experience or willingness to work in an office setting

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
