Description
The Admissions Assistant works under the supervision of the Director of Admissions and is responsible for a wide variety of tasks associated with student enrollment and state reporting requirements.
Job Duties:
- Upholds CECs beliefs found on the CEC website.
- Maintains high degree of confidentiality in accordance with FERPA requirements.
- Assists with processing new student enrollment through SchoolMint and OLR.
- Provides enrollment assistance, either in person or on the phone, in a professional and timely manner.
- Adheres to all admissions, enrollment, and withdrawal procedures and policies.
- Assists with state reporting requirements as requested by Director of Admissions.
- Assists in maintaining documents, files, and records for audit compliance.
- Assists with building transcripts for new incoming students as applicable.
- Assists with transcripts requests and school records requests for students.
- Assists with answering student/parent questions, updating student records, resetting IC passwords, and other tasks as requested.
- Composes documents for the Director of Admissions as requested.
- Assists in coordinating the schools graduation ceremony and other events as requested.
- Participates in professional development as requested by the Director of Admissions.
- Other duties as assigned.
