IBMC College is seeking a full-time professional to join our team as an Admissions Representative for our Fort Collins Campus location. This is a Monday - Friday position.
Education and Experience:
Associate Degree and three years of sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Position Purpose:
Interface with prospective students to provide program information and career opportunities while encouraging an interview and enrollment.
Essential Duties:
- Contact prospective students via e-mails and/or telephone. Send school information and informative letters. Schedule appointment, conduct interview presenting program information and provide campus tour. Note attempts and conversations in CampusVue.
- Assist student with completion of Wonderlic test and enrollment paperwork.
- Follow-up weekly with student to ensure student is engaged in enrollment process.
- Continually initiate and maintain community contacts by engaging in community events, networking groups, and/or committees.
- Generate leads from students, prospective students and graduates.
- Address and resolve student questions and concerns.
- Attend Department, Campus, and Company meetings.
- Attend student events, activities, and assemblies.
- Maintain confidentiality of all work information.
Knowledge/Skills and Ability:
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students and staff.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed in an office environment within a college campus requiring outdoor driving to attend special events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
